ROBOT SOFTWARE
Robot Software first appeared in 2001, eventually changing to Fexia and ceasing in 2013. It created a series of pioneering, innovative, generative, experimental and off-the-wall music and sound OSX applications. Next up was the award-winning NotForAnts studio, which ran from 2014 until around 2017 and produced a series of Apps for iPad and iPhone. Not For Ants! We make stuff, so you can make stuff. A small 3-person team.
And not forgetting the earlier days of MidiLOOM for the Amiga during the 90s. One Amiga reviewer completely trashed it for being music software that, among other techniques, borrowed mathematics idea generate sequences—as 'musicians just want to play music'
But now, in 2024, it's back as Robot Software as the domain was free - and with a new project in the pipeline : - K L A N G -:

Me: Since 1991, I have been creating interactive, computational media art projects and experimental sound software. Initially working with algorithmic and generative sound systems, my work has developed and expanded to include soundworks, interactive music systems, the visual arts, and software art.
Over the years, I have collaborated with a diverse array of artists, including filmmakers, animators, political artists, graphic artists, and choreographers.
My work has been shown at The Royal Academy Of Arts, Sonar, Transmediale, Festival Garage, ReadMe, Sonic Arts Network, Victoria and Albert Museum, Centre Of Contemporary Culture (Barcelona), Museum Of Modern Art (Barcelona) and the World Museum (Liverpool).
Degree in Software Engineering and a Masters in Art.
